The 60-Day Weight-Loss Program

3 Phases:

The Binge

      • The first 2 days, you will over eat! Go to town. Break up with food! Say your final “goodbyes” to pizza, ice cream, & bagels.
      • Begin the Proprietary Spray and B-12 vitamin.

Changing Eating Habits

      • On the 3rd day, begin eating the foods in our suggested foods guide.
      •  Eat 6 times per day
        – Breakfast: Fruit (two egg whites if the fruit doesn’t fill you up)
        – Morning Snack: Fruit
        – Lunch: Salad, with lean protein
        – Afternoon Snack: Fruit or Veggie
        – Dinner: Lean meat and veggie

Stabilization

      • 21 days after the program, you will reintroduce foods
      • By this time, you should have no sugar cravings or want to eat anything that is bad for you
      • This time resets your weight an metabolism to your new weight

60 days later

after the program...

Drink half your weight in water ounces

– Example: If you weigh 200 pounds, drink 100
ounces of water per day

 All Protein shall be grilled or baked – NOT fried

Veggies shall be raw, steamed, or grilled

All food should be grass fed, or organic — if
possible
