Eat 6 times per day
– Breakfast: Fruit (two egg whites if the fruit doesn’t fill you up)
– Morning Snack: Fruit
– Lunch: Salad, with lean protein
– Afternoon Snack: Fruit or Veggie
– Dinner: Lean meat and veggie


- By this time, you should have no sugar cravings or
want to eat anything that is bad for you
- This time resets your weight an metabolism to your
new weight

Drink half your weight in water ounces
Example: If you weigh 200 pounds, drink 100 ounces of water per day.
All Protein shall be grilled or baked – NOT fried.
Veggies shall be raw, steamed, or grilled.
All food should be grass fed, or organic — if possible.
